Fiberglass & FRP Pools
Factory-moulded shells installed in two to four weeks. Fixed sizes, lower maintenance, faster handover. The right choice when the site is straightforward and speed matters more than custom geometry.
Infinity & Vanishing-Edge Pools
For plots with a slope or a view worth framing. The visible edge is the easy part — the engineering is in the balance tank, the overflow channel and the surge capacity, which we size from actual bather load.
Rooftop & Plunge Pools
Every rooftop pool starts with a structural assessment of the building. Load, waterproofing at the junctions and drainage all get resolved before design. If the structure cannot take it, we will tell you.

Waterproofing & Renovation
Old pool that has never held water properly? We strip back the failed treatment, apply crystalline waterproofing into the concrete plus membrane layers at the joints, and re-tile. Also coping, decking and complete aesthetic renovation of tired pools.
Filtration Systems & Upgrades
Undersized filtration is the most common reason a pool never runs clear no matter how much chemical goes in. We size pumps and filters from your actual pool volume, and install sand, glass-media or cartridge systems, variablespeed pumps, heat pumps and automated dosing.
Cleaning & Water Treatment
Vacuuming, brushing, skimming and filter backwash, plus proper water chemistry — pH, chlorine, alkalinity, hardness and TDS. Bengaluru and Hyderabad borewell water is often hard enough to scale tiles and cloud water; we test the source before treating the pool.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly plans covering scheduled cleaning, chemical dosing, equipment checks and genuine replacement spares, with emergency callouts when something fails. Available for residential, resort, club and institutional pools.

What We Do Differently
Pools do not usually fail because of bad tiles. They fail for five reasons, and all five are decided long before anyone sees water.

Waterproofing goes into the concrete, not on top of it
Surface coatings peel. We use crystalline waterproofing that penetrates the slab, plus membrane layers at joints and penetrations — which is where pools actually leak.

Plumbing is pressure-tested before it is buried
Every line is pressurised and held before backfilling, and you are welcome to watch the gauge. This is the most commonly skipped step in Indian pool construction and the most common cause of a leak nobody can find later.

Soil is checked before we quote, not after we dig
A trial pit or soil test before the quotation means rock excavation is priced into the BoQ, not discovered halfway through with a hole in your garden.

Filtration is sized from your pool, not from a rule of thumb
Pump and filter capacity calculated from actual volume and expected bather load. Undersized filtration is why so many pools never run clear.

Civil, waterproofing and MEP are all inhouse. Nobody subcontracts your site to a crew you have never met and we cannot vouch for.

What Does a Swimming Pool Cost?
Most contractor websites will not tell you. We would rather you knew before you spoke to anyone, including us. RCC concrete pools run roughly ₹ 2,000 to ₹ 5,500 per square foot of water surface. Fiberglass runs ₹ 2,000 to ₹ 3,500. A 12 × 24 ft family pool usually lands between ₹ 7 lakh and ₹ 15 lakh. Monthly running cost for a pool that size is around ₹ 4,000 to ₹ 9,000 once you count electricity, chemicals and water.

How much does a swimming pool cost in Hyderabad or Bangalore?

How long does it take to build a swimming pool?
An RCC concrete pool takes 8 to 14 weeks from excavation to handover, including curing that cannot be rushed. Fiberglass shells install in 2 to 4 weeks. Rock excavation adds one to three weeks.
Do you maintain pools you did not build?
Yes. A large share of our maintenance and repair work is on pools built by other contractors. We will inspect the pool, tell you what condition it is actually in, and quote for what it needs.
What does an AMC include and what does it cost?
Scheduled cleaning, water chemistry management, filter backwashing, equipment inspection and genuine replacement spares, on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit schedule. Cost depends on pool size and visit frequency — share your pool dimensions on WhatsApp and we will quote.
My pool is losing water. Is that a leak?
Not always. Evaporation alone can account for a few millimetres a day in summer, more in dry heat. Consistent loss beyond that usually indicates a leak in the shell, a joint, the plumbing or the skimmer. We trace it through pressure and dye testing rather than guessing.
Why does my pool water stay cloudy no matter what I add?
Usually undersized or failing filtration, or hard source water. Much of Bengaluru and Hyderabad runs on borewell water high in calcium, which scales tiles and clouds water regardless of chlorine levels. The fix is treating the water source, not adding more chemical.
Do you provide a warranty?
We back the structure for ⟦VERIFY: 12 months⟧ after handover. Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we register on your behalf at commissioning.
